Vegan Egg Mayonnaise

A quick and easy no fuss way to make egg mayonnaise - without the cruelty or cholesterol!

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 6 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mash the tofu with a fork - leave some pieces chunky
  • Mix in the rest of the ingredients, and season with salt and pepper if required
